CanopyWMS is the portal your brand uses to see exactly what's happening with your inventory and orders inside your 3PL's warehouse — in real time, without emailing anyone for a status update.
These guides walk through the portal one screen at a time, using a sample brand, Canopy Condiments, so every example matches what you'll see on your own account.
Who these guides are for
You're a brand owner or operator on a client account — you see your own brand's data only. Your 3PL's staff use the same system to run the warehouse floor; those workflows live in a separate operator guide.

The portal at a glance
Everything you can reach is scoped to your brand and grouped into a handful of sections in the left sidebar:

| Dashboard | A live overview of today's fulfillment, exceptions, and inventory health. |
| Inventory | Your SKUs and their stock levels, plus lot tracking with expiry and recalls. |
| Orders | Every order flowing through the warehouse and your connected sales channels. |
| Customers | A lookup of who's ordered, with their order and return history. |
| Receiving | Inbound purchase orders you're sending to the warehouse. |
| Shipping | Outbound shipments and a live rate calculator. |
| Returns | RMAs, their status, and your return reason codes. |
| Reports | Exportable summaries of shipments, items, and inventory value. |
The warehouse-floor tools — picking, packing, putaway, billing — belong to your 3PL and aren't shown on your account, and neither is the bin layout your stock sits in. You see the results of that work (orders shipping, stock levels changing), not the floor operations themselves.
