Shipping
Track outbound shipments and tracking, and compare carrier rates before you commit.
The Shipping section covers everything leaving the warehouse: the Shipments list with live tracking, and a Rate Calculator for comparing carrier prices.
Shipments
Shipping → Shipments lists every label created for your orders.

Each shipment shows its carrier and service, tracking number, cost, and a status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Label Created | Label generated; not yet scanned by the carrier. |
| In Transit | Moving through the carrier network. |
| Delivered | Delivered to the customer. |
| Exception | A carrier problem — delayed, undeliverable, etc. |
| Voided | The label was cancelled. |
Filter by status to find, say, every shipment in an Exception state.
Open a shipment to see its full detail: cost breakdown, weight and dimensions, the tracking events timeline, a link to the carrier's tracking page, and — when available — the option to download or reprint the label.
You can view every shipment and its tracking; voiding a label is a warehouse action handled by your 3PL.
Rate Calculator
Shipping → Rate Calculator compares live carrier rates so you can sanity- check shipping costs.

Enter a destination address, or pre-fill from an existing order to use its shipping address (the order's shipping method is shown for reference; the quote is driven by the address, weight, and dimensions).
The calculator returns each available service with its rate, tax, total, and estimated delivery days.
The cheapest option is flagged with a Cheapest badge, and services with tracking show a Tracked badge.
Estimates, not labels
The Rate Calculator is for comparison only — it quotes live rates but doesn't buy a label. Labels are generated by the warehouse as part of packing.
