Inventory
Your SKUs and stock levels, plus lot tracking with expiry and recalls.
The Inventory section is your single source of truth for what stock you have and how it's moving. It has two pages: SKUs and Lots.
Bin-level detail — which shelf a SKU sits on, and the movement-by-movement adjustment ledger behind your balances — belongs to your 3PL's warehouse team and isn't shown in the portal. You see the totals those movements produce: on hand, allocated, available, and unsellable. If you need to know where something is sitting or why a number changed, ask your 3PL.
SKUs
Inventory → SKUs is your product catalogue with live stock figures.
Each row shows on-hand, allocated, available, and a days of stock pill — how long current stock lasts at your recent sales pace:

A Reorder badge appears when on-hand drops to or below the SKU's reorder point. Other badges flag special SKUs:
- Kit — a bundle made of other SKUs.
- Non-physical — a digital item or service that holds no stock.
- Inactive — discontinued (kept for history; never deleted).
Filters
Toggle filters to focus the list — for example At Risk (anything low or below reorder), Backordered, or Kit. It's the fastest way to build a reorder shortlist.
SKU detail
Click a SKU to open its detail view:
- Four KPI cards — On Hand, Allocated, Available, Backordered.
- Unsellable / Expired — appears when stock sits on an expired, short-dated, on-hold, or recalled lot (it can't ship, so it's called out separately).
- Lot tracking — for tracked SKUs, the expiry and shelf-life settings.
- Pack Levels — the pack forms the SKU is stocked in (each, inner pack, case) and how many eaches each one holds.
- Kit Components — for a kit, each part and how many kits you can build (the scarcest component is flagged as the bottleneck).
Lots
For perishable products — say a live-fermented hot sauce or a refrigerated mayo — Inventory → Lots tracks each batch with its own expiry, origin, and status.

| Active | In good standing — counts toward sellable stock (unless expired or short-dated). |
| On Hold | A soft, reversible hold — held back from picks pending a decision (e.g. a QA check). |
| Recalled | A hard, terminal withdrawal — blocked from picking and shipping. |
Each lot rolls up its current on-hand units, expiry, received date, and status. Open a lot to see its manufactured date, vendor, and notes — and, for your 3PL's team, the actions to place a hold, release it, or recall the lot.
Only sellable stock counts toward a SKU's available quantity. Stock on expired, short-dated, on-hold, or recalled lots stays fully visible here, but the system won't let it be allocated or shipped. (The dashboard's inventory health days-of-cover is also sellable-aware; the days-of-stock pill on the SKU list is based on total on-hand.)
