Customers

Look up any shopper across all your clients, with their full order and return history and lifetime spend.

The Customers section is a lookup of everyone who's bought from any of your clients, built automatically from orders and returns — there's nothing to import or maintain.

Searching

The list is search-first: start typing to find a customer by email, name, or phone. Until you search, you'll see a prompt to start typing. With no client pinned you search across all clients; pin one to scope the search to that brand.

Each result shows the customer's name (or "No name on file"), email, phone, orders and returns counts, last order date, and lifetime spend. The returns count renders as an amber badge when it's above zero — a quick flag for serial returners.

Customers are order-anchored: the list is built from the Order table and a profile needs at least one order, so a shopper with only a blind RMA (no order) never appears here. They're keyed by email, so a shopper's orders group together across channels; those with no email on file won't show up (find them from the Orders list). Lifetime spend sums only orders in the customer's most recent currency, excluding cancelled — so it isn't a true all-currencies total for a shopper who ordered in more than one.

Customer detail

Click a customer to open their profile — three summary tiles (lifetime spend, orders, returns) and two tabs:

A customer's profile with order history

Orders — every order they've placed, each with its status and tracking number. Cancelled orders show dimmed and are excluded from lifetime spend.

Returns — their RMAs (RMA #, order, status, reason, refund), each with a refund badge: ISSUED (money sent), READY (queued), FAILED, or NOT REQUESTED (the default — seeing it is normal). The return status uses the same raw values as Returns.

The order number and RMA number are links — clicking an order opens it in Manage Orders, an RMA opens its return. The header email and phone are click-to-copy chips (the icon flips to a check) — the quickest way to grab a shopper's contact details when following up.

This is the view for when a shopper asks "where's my order?" or "did my refund go through?" — their whole history on one screen.
